The location is good, it is the only reasonable business hotel in Tranas. The rooms are ok and clean.

The rooms and the whole hotel are no longer of a modern standard and in many places in need of overhaul - bathrooms, beds, windows etc.

The hotel is in a very good location and only a few minutes walk from the train station. The supermarket is also right next door. The breakfast was very good.

The check-in had not gone so well, one had to pick up a telephone handset that someone came from the staff and yet noone had reacted to it. it would be better either to deposit the cards as Express check-in or to have someone from the staff onsite.

We loved the location directly in the center of the city. It was easy to walk to restaurants and transportation. The staff was friendly and provided valuable information. The room was clean and had good facilities.
